Community Economic Development Association of Michigan (CEDAM)
The
Community Economic Development Association of Michigan (CEDAM) is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization established in 1998. It is a voluntary association of community development corporations (CDCs), individuals, and other organizations interested in promoting and expanding community-based housing and economic development across the State of Michigan.

Great Lakes Capital Fund
It is the mission of the Great Lakes Capital Fund to create sustainable communities by providing quality, affordable housing and other economic and social opportunities to the poor and underprivileged, to promote self-sufficiency and upward mobility of very-low-low-and moderate-income households in a manner which helps promote diversity, eliminate prejudice and discrimination, lessen neighborhood tensions, and combat the deterioration of communities throughout the State of Michigan and Indiana.

Habitat for Humanity of Michigan
Established in 1993, Habitat for Humanity of Michigan (HFHM) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in the state capital of Lansing, Michigan. Our mission is to increase the capacity to build simple, decent homes in partnership with people in need in the State of Michigan. Dedicated to eliminating substandard housing, Habitat for Humanity brings together volunteers and resources with people in need to build and renovate simple, decent, affordable housing.

Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC)
Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) helps resident-led, community-based development organizations transform distressed communities and neighborhoods into healthy ones.... good places to live, do business, work and raise families. By providing capital, technical expertise, training and information, LISC supports the development of local leadership and the creation of affordable housing, commercial, industrial and community facilities, businesses and jobs. We help neighbors build communities.

Michigan Community Action Agency Association (MCAAA)
The Michigan Community Action Agency Association (MCAAA) supports the work of our 30 Community Action Agencies (CAAs) in their efforts to promote economic and social opportunities trough which people in or near poverty can achieve greater independence, dignity and self-sufficiency. MCAAA is a membership organization which provides professional development and networking opportunities for its members. The Association serves the needs of its members through representation, professional and staff development, advocacy, and information dissemination.

Michigan Interfaith Trust Fund
The Michigan Interfaith Trust Fund provides financial assistance and technical support for the building and rehabilitation of affordable housing for low income individuals, groups and communities throughout Michigan to foster economic and social justice.

Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA)
The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) provides financial and technical assistance through public and private partnerships to create and preserve decent, affordable housing for low and moderate income Michigan residents.

We demonstrate this commitment by supporting nonprofit organizations’ programs that: Make housing affordable, Promote first-time homeownership, Eliminate barriers to homeownership, Educate homebuyers about insurance, loss mitigation, and homeownership, and Foster sustainable communities and Rehabilitate neighborhoods or communities.
