VISION 2020 PARTNERS IN DICKINSON COUNTY

Neighborhood Partnership Program of Dickinson County was organized to create healthy, economically viable, and stable neighborhoods and businesses in Dickinson County. The non profit organization will partner wit local governments, businesses, community leaders and private citizens to: Acquire property in need of rehabilitation, determine best use and implement usage plans. Provide resource information to property owners of available monies or loans to improve property. Strengthen local ordinances on property maintenance with emphasis on rental property. Secure funding from government, business, foundation, and individual sources.

Habitat for Humanity Menominee River is committed to providing simple, decent, and affordable homes for families that help themselves and others by volunteering to build homes in the community. The affiliate constructed two homes in 2004 and plans to construct three in 2005.
